Register to volunteer with an agency before disaster strikes! Most agencies use pre-trained volunteers for disaster response. For a list of Colorado Voluntary Organizations in Disaster, visit www.coloradovoad.org

During A Disaster: 

Volunteering: If there is a disaster in Colorado, the most important thing to remember is to NOT go to the scene of the emergency. Unexpected volunteers will interfere with response efforts and can put themselves and emergency responders in added danger.

Donations: Donations are often the best way to help during a disaster.  If you would like to make a donation to a disaster response agency, please visit  HelpColoradoNow.org.
